The association
The Spettacolo Cultura Association was founded in 1991 in Vito d'Asio (Pordenone) as the "Associazione Friuli Venezia Giulia Cultura." Its activities soon began to be carried out outside the region, so a more general name was needed. Thus, it became the "Associazione Spettacolo Cultura."
In its thirty-year history, the Association has collaborated with important theaters such as the Verona Arena, La Fenice in Venice, the “Giuseppe Verdi” theater in Padua, the “Comunale” theater in Rovigo, the Basilica of St. Mark in Venice and St. Mark in Milan.
After extensive and successful work throughout northern Italy, in 2009 the headquarters moved to Genoa and the association became part of the Quadrivium Lyric Choir Association, collaborating with new groups from Liguria to Piedmont, Lombardy, and Tuscany. To date, the Association has held around a thousand public performances.
Her job is to organize, program, and manage all concerts, performances, and appearances by the choir and its members/soloists. Since 2013, the president of the ASC, now APS , has been Anna Marra , and the vice president is Annamaria Massari .
